ABOUT US

about us

It all started when I was seven or eight years old.  I constructed a crystal set radio.  Moving on to my grandparent’s radio, first I removed all of the tubes.  Then I cut out components to see what would happen.  I did restore it to a functioning state.  In the 1960’s, I started hanging around a local Zenith Dealer in the neighborhood.  Here I began learning about how to repair electronic components, eventually repairing things that the other technicians considered “dogs” or not repairable.  Now that I have retired from teaching, I have the time “to pick up where I left off” repairing electronic components.  I offer everything from simple repair to complete restoration, including cabinets.
